For the first time since we introduced ManicTime Pro in 2010, we will be adjusting the price of our perpetual license.
This change affects only the perpetual license and does not impact our ManicTime Cloud subscriptions.
For 15 years, we have proudly maintained our original price point. When we first started, ManicTime was a focused tool with a simple promise. Today, it has evolved into a comprehensive time-tracking solution. Over the years, we’ve added a multitude of powerful features and integrated the robust ManicTime Server into the license, vastly increasing the value you receive.
We’ve reached a point where, to continue innovating and investing in the product’s future, we need to adjust for over a decade of added features and significant inflation. We believe this new pricing fairly reflects the powerful, mature tool ManicTime has become and ensures we can continue to develop the features and provide the support you depend on for years to come.

Our Renewal Discount Policy
Our renewal discount structure remains the same. When you purchase a license, you receive one year of free updates. To continue receiving updates after that year, you can renew your license with a significant discount:
- Renew within one year of your original purchase to receive a 50% discount.
- Renew any time after the first year has expired to receive a 30% discount.

Your License is Forever
Our license promise remains unchanged: your ManicTime license will work forever. Specifically, your purchase grants you permanent use of any version of ManicTime released within one year of your purchase date.
After that year concludes, you can continue using the last version released during that period indefinitely. To access new features released after a year from purchase, simply renew your license for another year of updates.
Cloud Pricing is Unchanged
The pricing for our ManicTime Cloud subscription service will remain the same.
